Federated Investors, Inc. to Acquire Majority Interest in London-based integrated ESG Manager Hermes

Congratulations to the board, executive team and staff of Hermes Investment Management for the recently announced sale of a 60% stake in the business to Federated Investors. The sale is the culmination of seven years of rebuilding Hermes and it is a privilege to have worked with the board and executive team in 2011-12 to turnaround the business and again in 2014-15 to help develop and roll out the growth strategy.
